It's not so much not knowing that causes trouble as knowing so much that isn't so.

That statement sums up the health care system that ignores science while malpracticing medicine on government whims.

For example, the psychiatric drug Ritalin is promoted wholesale under a medical advisory think-tank policy in the treatment of the so-called Attention Deficit Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

No medical or scientific evidence is known to have confirmed either condition as a bona fide disease. Rather, attention deficit disorders were introduced as fraudulent figments of the American Psychiatric Association's imagination during the years of the Clinton administration.

Drugging youth with methylphenidate has filtered out from the United States into other countries for the underlying purpose of giving teachers a method of controlling students who are labelled as restless, non-attentive and badly behaved. Maybe the government should take a look at its boring public-school curriculum.

Methylphenidate is listed in Schedule III of Canada's Controlled Substance and Drug Act and Schedule II of the U.S. Controlled Substance Act.

Yet some 80 percent of the world's methylphenidate in the guise of little pills called Ritalin and Adderall are fed to children, adolescents and young adults from as early as age three.

After 19 years old, society has its hands dirty with a bunch of junkies, thanks to the hardcore Marxist madness of former U.S. president Bill Clinton and then-First Lady Hillary Clinton.

Had the draconian Hillarycare passed Congress in 1993, the U.S. government would have assumed a control over the American people through a doctor-patient relationship that would make your blood run cold. It would have been the envy of any communist dictator--and it's not dead yet.

Already, police, weapons units, military and every government department have access to so-called private medical-and-mental health information. Health Care doctors are government agents. If they aren't "spies" and "squealers"--as they deny--why are they checking your blood pressure three times per office visit trying to tag you with hypertension? Why are they conducting surveys that inquire: Do you smoke? Drink coffee? Drink alcohol? Use street drugs? Own guns?

"Yes" responses to any question are grounds to dub you "mentally ill".

The patient registry is a tool for relegating "addicts" to the status of second-class citizens who can't own guns. Firearms have to be removed from the hands of the "mentally defective", so sayeth the law.

The names of patients with personality disorders would be placed on permanent record as needing mental health services and medication. Ultimately, the mental cases would be locked up in a loony bin, not dissimilar to senior-care facilities where aged inmates are doped to the eyeballs to keep them under control...for now. Hillary also is a fan of euthanasia.

This is history repeating itself. In Soviet Russia, the paranoid Communist Leader Josef Stalin would declare his enemies "crazy" which was mandatory grounds for the court judges to sentence the "mentally defective" prisoners to death by firing squad.

The Clintons and their Marxist henchmen also introduced the comprehensive tome Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. Hillary's attitude was never to discipline a child to teach him right from wrong. In her opinion, if a child did something wrong, he's mentally ill. Pop a pill in his mouth. Check the mental manual to figure out which one.

It's always been a puzzle how a stimulant of the central nervous system, more potent than caffeine, can possibly induce a calming affect so the pill-popper can focus attentively. Logically, the drug should cause jittery heebie-jeebies.

If a chronically hyper child must be calmed with drugs, wouldn't a tranquillizer be a better short-term choice while figuring out if he is suffering a chemical imbalance of the brain or a food allergy? Better yet, how about a shot of brandy in a cup of warm milk?

Why Ritalin? The drug stunts growth during development years and causes wild mood swings as are inherent in manic-depressives. Ritalin and other dangerous, mind-altering drugs like Prozac cause unpredictable reactions. For sure, anybody already known to be a psychopath or psychotic shouldn't be taking this stuff.

Both drugs are suspected to cultivate anti-social behaviour or deceptive illusions that can lead to violence. A vast number of school shootings were committed by young suicidal killers whose impressionable minds were scrambled with Ritalin and/or Prozac.

So why is Ritalin being prescribed to anybody, specifically youth? It is addictive, say some researchers.

One research project showed Ritalin as an early introduction to drugs. Albeit a prescription drug, Ritalin is sold underground as a hallucinogen that can be crushed and snorted like coke. Some researchers believe Ritalin-raised children are three times more likely to advance into crack-brains than kids who start out clean.

Not so, was the contradictory findings from another study. As usual, inconclusive conclusions were published prematurely in a scientific journal so the U.S. developmental psychopharmacology researchers could stay employed with another grant if they came up with politically-correct ideas.

"Children who take Ritalin may be less likely than other kids to abuse drugs such as cocaine as they grow up," suggested the incomplete results. But as children mature, they may also be less likely to delight in natural pleasures, it said.

The research was performed on healthy rats instead of human guinea pigs.

To rationalize that Ritalin may be protective against drug abuse in adulthood if a child takes the drug before going through puberty is an absurd excuse for feeding dangerous, experimental drugs to children who have no say in the matter--most often, neither do their parents.

A Ritalin diet curbing the desire for cocaine in later life could also blunt the appetite, curiosity, sex drive and other natural enjoyments.

The question of whether children on Ritalin would grow into drug addicts was raised by a Canadian research team, too. More study was needed in Ritalin's long-term and side effects, said a 2001 article in the Canadian Medical Association Journal. Adults who use drugs recreationally have been arguably classified as individuals more prone to move into other type drugs as time wears on. Could that be true of Ritalin?

More study. Meanwhile, shrinks, psychologists, teachers and counsellors in the public school systems have no compunctions about pushing the experimental drug onto "problem" children to make crowd control easier for the grown-up wardens.

Educators and mind manipulators draw kickbacks of up to 80 percent on the price of every prescription dispensed, as is ritual in the medical community. Money talks. The number of bogus diagnoses in American schools shot up exponentially when the federal government classified Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder(s) as a "mental handicap".

The government sweetened the pot with an extra incentive. Schools increasing the number of cases would receive a $400 education grant per each child identified as being afflicted with the "mental handicap".

Additionally, big pots of federal greenbacks are supporting school-site clinics where head shrinks do their scurrilous diagnosing. There, evil quacks overdose the young persons into robotic, glassy-eyed, slack-mouth zombies who can no longer function. They cannot think, much less exhilarate in the magic of exploring and discovering.

But, by jeeves, the teachers have strict order in the classrooms. All students are on their best angelic behaviour. Nobody is talking out of turn; nobody is capable of talking at all! The kids have been successfully programmed to near Brave New World standards.

The sinister motive behind the government starting early to medicate youngsters is because they are easy target groups to control in preparation for the formation of a New World Order.

But adults were not ignored. No, sir. In 1999, the Clinton administration released a report on the sad state of mental health in the United States. Surgeon General David Satcher was the mouthpiece.

He claimed that one in every five Americans are nutbars. That translates into 50 million people from a population of 250 million who are as crazy as Stalin's enemies.

Considering that the surgeon general included such things as cigarette smoking, coffee drinking and pre-menstral syndrome (PMS) as part of his psychopathological criterion, you wonder why he stopped at 20 percent of the population.

Why not go to a full 75 percent and note that the other 25 percent are the qualified lunatics who will be running the insane asylums in the newly-structured One-World Government, brought to you by the United Nations.

Both Bill and Hillary Clinton are salivating for the top lunatic's job.

Maybe the surgeon general wanted the public to digest the numbers before springing any more startling stats on folks. More than startled, people should be scared witless of this "be not ashamed of admitting a need for mental health services".

The entire 50 million people were urged to come forth and officially register their names on a permanent record. "We're here to help you," invited the compassionate Marxist-minded government leaders.

Not a chance! Remember Mao Tse Tung's invitation for creative "flowers" to come out of self-censorship and express themselves freely? The "Let a Hundred Flowers Bloom" campaign turned ugly when some wrong-coloured flowers criticized the Chinese Communist Party. Masses were arrested, trampled and shot. The exercise got totally out of hand and evolved into the so-called Cultural Revolution. The military continues to officiously patrol the borders to keep the peons in a state of terror and oppression.

Canadian Liberal Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau visited China to find out how the abusive government controlled 1.4 billion people. It was a convivial and productive meeting.

By 2000, Kanuckistan had been swept up in America's mental-health lies. The LIEberal government stated that one in every 10 Canadians is wacko. That figure represents 10 percent--or three million people--out of a 30 million population.

Why stop at 10 percent? Why not go to 75 percent, seeing that signs of mental illness include: schizophrenia; paranoia; bi-polar disorder; hypertension; pre-menstral syndrome; penis envy; nicotine addiction; drinking coffee that keeps one up past 2 a.m.; grieving over two months for the loss of a loved one; reading the Christian Bible.

Who is mentally ill and who is not? Come out of the shadows so the government can evaluate you. Not a chance.

Truth is, the ones sick in the head are those hateful United Nations Marxists who are bedazzled with a deranged, freedom-sucking, gun-and-Bible confiscation dream of enslaving the masses for their own amusement.
